Farlie was an Imperial cook stationed at the Krake Data Vault on Krake's Planet in 3 ABY. Farlie often allowed higher ranked Imperial officers to eat in his kitchen on paydays, so they could avoid busy rushes. On one such payday, Farlie was on duty when Rebel operatives Luke Skywalker and Chewbacca infiltrated the vault, looking to tap into the vault's central databank through Farlie's kitchen terminal for information on Imperial double agent Shira Brie. The Rebels destroyed the vault shortly afterward, killing all aboard.[1]

Farlie appeared in Star Wars (1977) 63, written by David Michelinie and Walter Simonson, illustrated by Tom Palmer and released in 1982.[1]
