Ewoks III was the working title of a third movie centetered on the Ewoks, which was planned around the 1980s, but it was cancelled. The film would have been a sequel to Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor, and was to focus again on the Ewoks.

Development

During an interview in the 1980s, Warwick Davis, the actor who played Wicket W. Warrick in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi and in the two Ewoks movies Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor, revealed that a third Ewoks movie, with the tentative title of Ewoks III, was in development.[1]

The film, however, was eventually scrapped and was never made, although the reason for this is not known. In 2010, during an interview with Star Wars Interviews, Daniel Frishman, the actor who played Deej Warrick in the two previous Ewoks film, commented that he had never known anything about this project, possibly meaning that his character was not going to be involved in the film's story, which remains a mystery.[2]
