Emperor-King

Emperor-King was formerly the title given to the head of state of the Nazzar. Prrit Qabaq was the last Emperor-King; after losing a civil war where he faced his own daughter Ikree, the Nazzar adopted the tenets of the Great Structure of Ulizra to form a government around.
