Elaginn was the leader of the Elaginn gang, a group of spice-jackers who also included Romort Raort as a kneebreaker. Elaginn met with a terrible accident, jumping out of a window after flexi-pasting himself to a chair. The incident forced Romort Raort to take over the gang, with Raort claiming that was the way that Elaginn would have wanted it.
