An ecologist was a type of scientist who studied the ecology of planets. Bersin Sekolah, an Ithorian ecologist, studied the ecology of the planet Tasariq, and was convinced that there was a natural and permanent solution to restoring the planet's atmosphere without the need for technology.[1]
