Colonel Dreloq was commander of the Imperial peacekeeping force assigned to the planet Bakura in 1 ABY. After rioting broke out on the planet during the installation of Wilek Nereus as governor, Dreloq gave a press conference stating the belief that the riots were planned with precision, rather than spontaneous events.
