Dorlon II was a barren planet near Carida. It was an extremely volcanic world covered in sulfur, ash, and lava. From space it had the look of a colorful mosaic of black, tan, yellow and powedered sugar.
It had an orbital transfer station that was a stop for Haj Shipping Lines liners and ships to and from Carida.
Many beings on the station board shuttles bound for larger ships. Kyle Katarn, leaving the Academy of Carida, came to the station, from which a well-appointed shuttle transported him to the Star of Empire.
