Djas Puhr/Legends
- "Looks like we're late again."
- ―Djas Puhr, after losing a bounty
Djas Puhr was a Sakiyan bounty hunter, who had excellent infrared and peripheral vision, as well as a highly developed sense of smell and hearing. He was a tracker for Sebulba and an assassin in a slave network employed by Jabba Desilijic Tiure by 32 BBY. In that standard year, Puhr tracked a young Anakin Skywalker and his childhood friends, who had reclaimed several Ghostling children from the clutches of Gardulla Besadii the Elder. In 0 BBY Djas Puhr was present in Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina sitting at a table with Muftak, Myo and Lirin Car'n. During the Battle of Yavin, Djas Puhr was still active as a bounty hunter and was regularly hired by Jabba.
Behind the scenes
Djas Puhr was played by A New Hope assistant auditor Kim Falkinburg.[source?] According to a Star Wars CCG fan site, Djas Puhr was named as an anagram of Decipher game designer Jerry Darcy's pet cat, Jasper.[3]
