Dirk Balor
Captain Dirk Balor was a Human male who commanded an Imperial battle cruiser during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Balor's ship carried Reist, an example of an extremely rare creature known as a nightmare demon, whose telepathic abilities made it a significant threat to those around it—Balor employed a Human replica droid called Altin Wuho to keep the nightmare demon under control and allow it to be focused against Balor's enemies. 3 ABY, Balor encountered Rebel hero Luke Skywalker in the remote Lapez system, and dispatched Reist and Wuho to slay the man. However, Reist and Wuho died in the encounter, and Skywalker managed to slip away.[1]
