Detain For Questioning was a public list of individuals maintained by Imperial sector authorities. Individuals were placed on the list because of criminal activities, such as smuggling. Due to the list's public nature, those who found their names on the document often found it hard to find legal work, forcing them deeper into the life of crime, such as piracy.
