Demelza Mintori, leader of Demelza's Destructors, lived during the Galactic Civil War. Mintori was previously a member of the Imperial Army. While fighting Alliance forces in the Dalcretti system, Mintori's platoon either was unable to, or refused to, aid a platoon under the command of Madrix Hansor. Since then, Hansor swore vengeance and the grudge carried over when they became captains of gladiator walker teams.
Mintori's team were based in Sedratis City, and eventually Hansor led his Hooligans there and took control of the Sedratis Coliseum and challenged Mintori and the Destructors to evict them.
