Dek Laffer was a member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. Laffer served at DVL-181, a Rebel base on a swampy planet.
Biography
Laffer was a Staff Sergeant in the Alliance Military and was based at outpost DVL-181, located on a swampy planet. Laffer would sometimes welcome personnel who had been newly assigned to the outpost.[1]
