Defender (Bakura-class)

Defender was a Bakura-class destroyer in the Bakuran Defense Fleet.

History

Like the rest of the Fleet, it was loaned to the New Republic in 18 ABY during the Corellian Crisis. The Defender, along with its sister ship Sentinel, was one of the few Bakuran ships to survive the subsequent Battle of Centerpoint Station. She later fought in the battle of Bakura during the Yuuzhan Vong War.
