Darred Eloinie was a male individual who served as the CEO of Eloinie Petro-Munitions, an armaments company that operated on the planet Zaraksander. During the Galactic Civil War, Eloinie's daughter Cyrstas Eloinie was kidnapped by the Neo-Fundamentalist Phlangites movement and the group demanded that he pay a ransom of 
100,000 for her return. Rather than pay up, Eloinie hired the bounty hunter Valken Gresh to rescue Cyrstas.
