Darknon Station

"For a decrepit space station out in the middle of nowhere, it's not so bad. As a matter of fact, it could be worse."

Darknon Station was a space station on the Itani Run, along the edge of the Itani Nebula.

History

The station was built near a navigational beacon in or before 4000 BBY. Over many thousands of years, trade routes shifted and it lost significance, decaying into a half-abandoned ghostly shell of its former self.

It featured eighteen docking bays, only six of which were still functional by the time of the Galactic Civil War. Darknon's other amenities included the Stormview Lounge, Galaxy Shop, and the abandoned Van Serai Hotel. The young customs officer Sergeant Nethius was placed on Darknon by the Galactic Empire to protect a secret research station hidden in the nebula.
