Cuticle implant

Cuticle implants were platinum fingernails that were both painful and costly to be inserted. People who wore them often cut themselves by accident. General Melvar, who was affiliated with the Warlord Zsinj, wore them and had thin white scars on his face as a result of accidentally scratching himself with them.
