The court wardrobe designer was a functionary within the Imperial Court at the Imperial Palace who designed the various clothing worn by various members of the court.

During the Liberation of Coruscant on 6 ABY, the court wardrobe designer was lynched by various New Republic partisans upon storming the Imperial Palace, alongside several other minor servants of all ages, species, and genders. Leia when recalling this event also noted that, at least compared to the president of the Bureau of Punishments and the headmaster of the School of Torturers, the designer had been innocent of any crimes conducted by the Empire.
