Corporate Proclamation 137d

Corporate Proclamation 137d announced the political, economic, and military takeover of the planet Sullust by the SoroSuub Corporation in the early years of the Galactic Empire, on the 62nd day of the Sullustan year 8,494. The proclamation also announced SoroSuub's, and therefore Sullust's, support for the Empire and denouncement of the Rebel Alliance. The proclamation was rescinded in 4 ABY, after Sullust became a founding member of the New Republic.
