Corellia University/Legends

Corellia University, also known as the University of Corellia, was a prestigious college on Corellia, famous for its School of Starship Engineering. The institution went as far back as 3643 BBY.

In 1 ABY, Professor Walter Emanus led a Corellia University expedition to the Temple of Exar Kun on Yavin 4. However, when they uncovered the catacombs beneath the temple, they reawakened the spirit of Exar Kun and became enslaved to it, forming the Cult of Exar Kun. Some of the cultists traveled to a Corellia University research outpost on Talus, where they recruited a number of students and researchers to their ranks. Professor Cornelius Wagglehorn, of the University, later hired some spacers to deal with the cultists.
