Core Worlds Travel Clearance

The Core Worlds Travel Clearance was a document that was required of all starship captains during the Galactic Empire. If a starship was to enter the Core Worlds, it needed to have obtained such a document, which indicated their permission to conduct spacefaring business in the Core.
