Choora
The Choora was a YT-1300 light freighter owned and operated by the Nami during the Galactic Civil War.
History
After learning of a ransom attempt of the chief scientist of the TIE Defender project by the Rneekii Pirates, Nami Crime Lord Ali Tarrak sought to capture the scientist as she had one of the Defender prototypes to accelerate her plans to construct her own. She sent a strike force consisting of the Choora some Y-wings and T-wings which came by the time the Empire had defeated the Rneekii pirates and recovered both the scientist and the ransom. Although the strike team managed to disable the Interdictor Red Claw, they were thwarted by Tan Maarek Stele and the Choora was disabled and captured. Although Tarrak was not on board the crew did provide some information about her.
