The Chief Tax Chaplain was a high-ranking official in the government and religion of the Ugor species.[1] Visitors to the Ugors' junk-filled Paradise system were granted an audience with the Chief Tax Chaplain to pay the necessary entrance and license fees (viewed as a donation by the Ugors).[2] Sometime between the Battle of Yavin and the Battle of Hoth,[3] the Ugors' Chief Tax Chaplain was ArrGack.[1]
