Changing the Balance is the first adventure in The Bissillirus Campaign.
Plot summary
A group of Alliance operatives on Draenell's Point learn that the Galactic Empire is planning to expand their influence on the planet. Traveling to the sector capital, Deysum III, the group infiltrates the Imperial Resources Base and discovers that the Empire is planning to construct the Bissillirus Resupply Base in the system.
