Carlinson

Carlinson was a Moff and contemporary of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin. Carlinson was believed to be either politically well-connected or extremely competent enough to be able to receive as many as fifteen additional warship squadrons to augment the Moff's Sector Group.
