The Capital City of the planet Stenos was the seat of the planet's government. During the Galactic Civil War, the planet was controlled by the Empire under the command of Imperial Governor Quorl Matrin. Following the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor, Captain Barpotomous Drebble was able to take control of a substantial portion of the capital, after gaining the loyalty of a large number of the local population. With his connection to the Alliance of Free Planets, Drebble ruled his section of the capital in the best interests of the Alliance.
