Byron Devo III was a corpulent Human male smuggler who served as the mayor of Fort Nowhere during the Galactic Civil War.
Biography
When the planet Ruusan was invaded by the Galactic Empire in 5 ABY, he was approached by Sariss. He was executed by the Dark Jedi who immediately decapitated him.
