Dorothy "Bunny" Alsup was an Assistant to the Producer for Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope[1] and Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back.[2]
She has described George Lucas and Gary Kurtz as "an incredible team. Everything was hard for [Lucas]. It was hard for him to direct, hard for him to write. Gary was always there helping him to get the scripts done and so on. They are both very individual and creative and they know all aspects of film together ... that comes along so rarely."
