Bront
Bront was a planet[2] located within the Bront system, a part of the Outer Rim Territories' Svivreni sector.[1] At some point by 0 ABY,[3] the Human male Graf Yonna and his family lived on Bront.[2]
During that time, the Galactic Empire committed atrocities on Bront that led to the planet's destruction as well as the death of Yonna's family. The resultant psychological trauma caused Yonna to lose his sanity, and he assumed the personality of Parsol d'Ahndole, an ancient adventurer and hero.[2]
Behind the scenes
Bront was created by Chuck Truett and mentioned in Cracken's Rebel Operatives, a 1994 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[2] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Bront system, and therefore the planet Bront, in grid square O-19.[4]
