Bioinduction gun

The bioinduction gun was designed by Hugo Cutter. It sent electrical charges to a target's brain to overcome the hypo-reflexive cortex to trigger sleep. It worked on Gigorans, but did not work on Humans, Rodians, or Devaronians.
