Biewan

The Biewans were the native Human population that lived on the planet Biewa. As Biewa was a backwater world, Biewans had little in the way of excess money, and chose to spend what little they had on clothing, shelter and food rather than luxuries like droids. "Scoot" Jarik was a Biewan.
