Bamboo was a tall, slender, leafy plant found on many worlds. Most species, if not all, thrived in swamp-like conditions.

Species

The following is a list of all known bamboos:

• Corulag bamboo, a type of bamboo which grew on the planet Corulag
• Hylaian marsh bamboo, from the Hylaia system, found in the Room of a Thousand Fountains during the last days of the Jedi Order
• Onderonian bamboo, which hailed from Onderon
