Bal'ta'ran crystals were mineral formations on Guiteica.[1]
Planet Guiteica held extensive underground reserves of this mineral. Slave-operated mines on Upper Bal'ta'ran Cluster obtained these crystals. Many different pro-Imperial mining companies had tried to convince native Bitthævrians to perform mining activity on the planet.[1]
