Auxiliary battlegroup

An auxiliary battlegroup was a formation of the Imperial Army.

Organization

An auxiliary battlegroup was an organizational formation only, with no assigned commander, and they were never deployed as a fighting force but instead as a corps resource. The battlegroup consisted of three COMPNOR Regiments, and the corps ground support wing. It included 10,130 personnel, 390 repulsorcraft, and 40 starfighters of varying types.^[1]

Auxiliary battlegroups could be augmented by the addition of three line regiments, and an assault regiment.^[2]
