Ashash was a waterworld[3] located in the Ashash system, a part of the Zarracina sector[1] in the Trailing Sectors portion of[2] the Expansion Region.[1] It was home to a species of creature that could emit a harmful gas from its body—an aspect in which the creature was similar to the stinkfish of the[3] Outer Rim Territories[4] planet Sedri.[3]
Behind the scenes
Ashash was mentioned in Battle for the Golden Sun, a 1988 roleplaying game authored by Douglas Kaufman and published by West End Games for use with Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Ashash system, and therefore the world Ashash, in grid square N-14.[1]
