"Armored Heartbreak" was a song by the band Red Shift Limit. The song was featured on two of the band's compilation albums, Limited Warfare and Thoughts from the Core, both of which were available in the galaxy by the time[1] between the years 0 ABY and 4 ABY.[2] As a result of Red Shift Limit being openly anti-Imperial, the song was banned by the Imperial Board of Culture.[1]

Behind the scenes

"Armored Heartbreak" was first mentioned in Galaxy Guide 9: Fragments from the Rim, a supplement to West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game written by Simon Smith and Eric Trautmann and published in 1993.[1]
