An Archive station was one of a series of installations set up by the New Republic Intelligence Service in the early years of the New Republic to act as a network of data gathering and collation centers. Dubbed the "Archive system", it was under the supervision of Major Breslin Drake. Around 6 ABY, the Imperial operative known as the Wraith penetrated one of the stations and caused the collapse of the system.
