An archaeologist was a scientist and researcher dedicated to uncovering information about long forgotten civilizations and ruins through the exploration, recovery and examination of remaining material from the past, such as graves, buildings, tools, pottery, and artifacts.
History
Levat was a Duros archaeologist during the Galactic Civil War who teamed up with the pilot Janese and big game hunter Keth to explore a Rakatan temple on the planet Rhen Var.[1]
The human Indiana Jones from an unknown planet, was an archaeologist.[2]
