Ann Nocenti (born January 17, 1957) is a journalist, writer and editor who worked in several Star Wars publications from Marvel Comics. She was the editor of Star Wars (1977) 86 (1984), written by Randy Stradley. After this, she asked Stradley to write another story, this time involving Hoojibs. Stradley found this task to be too difficult and stopped working for Marvel.[1] Nocenti was also the writer of Star Wars (1977) 89 (1984), which was reprinted as Return of the Jedi Weekly 75 and Return of the Jedi Weekly 76.
In recent years, Nocenti has worked primarily with DC Comics; her latest work was on the company's Catwoman title.
