Altier
Altier was an astronomical object located in the Altier system,[3] a part of the Altier sector[1] in the Slice portion of[2] the Expansion Region.[1]
At some point during the Galactic Civil War, the freighter Skyjumper, piloted by its captain, Drev Jalok, and his co-pilot, Sullub Soonin, attempted to deliver a potentially profitable cargo to Altier. While in transit and far from the Altier system, however, the starship was intercepted by the pirate crew of the corvette Sable III, which forced the Skyjumper to exit hyperspace and then disabled the vessel.[3]
Behind the scenes
Altier was mentioned in "Stand and Deliver," an article authored by John J. Richardson III and published in the February 1995 Star Wars Adventure Journal 5.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Altier system, and therefore the celestial body Altier, in grid square O-13.[2]
