Alix Balan was a general serving the Galactic Empire in 10 ABY.

Biography

Following the Galactic Empire's reconquest of the galactic capital, Coruscant, in 10 ABY, General Alix Balan led a formal ceremony to reconsecrate Imperial City. This action earned General Balan fame throughout Imperial space, as well as a triumphant parade^[1] where Balan led ground forces through Coruscant's grandest boulevards.^[2]
