Borneck
Bornecks were Near-Humans native to the planet Vellity.
Biology and appearance
Borneck skin tones varied from pale yellow to orange-brown. They were patient, sensible pacifists, and farmers who enjoyed hard work and holidays. They lived to an average of one hundred twenty standard years.[1]
Society and culture
The Borneck were a peaceful species, with a intense work ethic and patient demeanor. They valued hard work and had a very close-knit society. Borneck life revolved around family and community. Young Borneck were expected to get an education, and job, and then raise a family. While primarily employed in manual labor jobs, Bornecks were also skilled pilots and often found work on shuttles and tramp freighters.[1]
History
The Bornecks originated on the temperate planet of Vellity[1] in the system of the same name, located in the Trax sector of the Mid Rim.[2] Many Bornecks migrated to the agriworld of Draenell's Point. 30% of the population of the planet were Borneck.[3] Imperial Grand Admiral Danetta Pitta hid the fact that he had a Borneck ancestor.[4]
