Bolton was an individual who was a subscriber to, and commenter on, Cynabar's Droid Datalog. Bolton falsified the cargo manifests of DC5-1 droids, knowing that Imperial Customs officials tended to believe the manifests without checking. Bolton passed on the advice to fellow subscribers of the Datalog.[1]
