Blaster wars
The blaster wars was a commercial competition between BlasTech Industries, Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc., and several other companies to attain the unofficial title of "blaster king." The blaster wars started when BlasTech created the DL-22 blaster pistol in direct response to Merr-Sonn's DD6 blaster pistol.[1]
BlasTech won the blaster wars when they produced the T-6 heavy blaster pistol, the most powerful heavy blaster pistol ever manufactured. It was in direct response to Merr-Sonn's Renegade heavy blaster pistol, but once BlasTech demostrated the power of the T-6, Merr-Sonn ceded the competition to their rivals.[1]
