Birth-cask
Birth-casks were external wombs used by the Yevetha for reproduction. The birth-casks were nourished by blood; the blood of the mother was preferred but the blood of any Yevetha was sufficient. Serial twins could be born from the same birth-cask, and it reminded alive as long as it was supplied with a small amount of blood. Many Yevetha kept their birth-casks and returned to them at night to sleep.[1]
