Bioniip Laboratories/Legends
Bioniip Laboratories,[1] also known as Bioniip Co.,[2] was a manufacturer of biocomputer implants headquartered on Cloud City.[1] The company had members in the Exex and was one of the leading voices in the body, alongside Treston Lines, Ltd. and Vew-Grek Holo Images, who called for Cloud City to declare its support for the Galactic Empire rather than maintain it neutrality.[2] During the Galactic Civil War, Bioniip was co-opted by the experimental droid X0-X1 to create "Evolution Droids."[1]
Behind the scenes
Crisis on Cloud City originally established that Lobot's Borg Construct Aj^6 was manufactured by Bioniip. Later sources changed the manufacturer to BioTech Industries.
