Binary nebula

The binary nebula was a track configuration used during swoop racing. A twisting course, it was lined by repulsor buoys that would fire ion flares during the race. The resulting ion particles would cause unpredictable malfunctions in the control or drive systems of any swoop that could not avoid the sparks.
