Barleos was a minor Lord of House Melantha, a saber rake and protégé of Lord Vaskel Savill.

Biography

A vain man he was said to be good looking but with an effeminate appearance and had numerous lady admirers. Barleos was emotionally unstable, hot-headed and easily insulted into a duel. The fact that he was a talented warrior meant that such a challenge could be deadly. Barleos was a member of Vaskel Savill conspirators and was involved in a plot to assassinate High Lord Bal Jaset.
