Badge-comms were a specialized model of comlink issued to Protectors operating in the town of Corestrike on the planet Chrona. The badge-comm also acted as the Protector's badge of office, and could communicate with other Protectors. The comms used a shifting frequency which made them difficult to monitor or jam.[1]
