BXET-R2, nicknamed Box, was an astromech droid assigned to a Y-wing fighter piloted by Wilkins during the Galactic Civil War. During an Alliance attack on the Star Destroyer Vehemence, Wilkins was blinded and his ship badly damaged in a collision with a TIE/sa bomber. If it was not for the quick actions of this droid, Wilkins would not have survived and escaped with his fighter into hyperspace.
