A team at Incom Corporation designed and developed the T-65 X-wing starfighter. Their youngest member was Gen Tiraan, a Human engineer from^[1] the planet Chandrila.^[2] When Incom was nationalised by the Galactic Empire, several senior design staff defected to the fledgling Rebel Alliance, taking with them designs and prototypes.^[3]
